In which we meet Luke
and James who had run out of fuel
then later found couple of big rocks for the Bitch to sit on when the slow puncture finally decided to flat and rip the valve off coming onto dual carriageway R4
and Nick bless him pulled the tyre off and put in the old inner tube
I had packed at the last minute
big raised bridge at Zeizate
little did I know that she would not start again
so the others carried on , I got a recovery truck jump start about 9pm
and then she cutout @ 9.30pm
and pushed her a couple of miles into the Bash about 10 pm that night
a lovely event, great people
good times
club house bar
a lot of top quality great bikes
we diagnosed the alternator was fucked, so battery on charge all night
Nick and Spike load up
a bit stressy but we made it home, 500 mile round trip
Had a lot of help and cannot thank everyone enough.
A big thanks to Angelo and the Chopper Bash Crew

Geez Trev, she sure does test ya doesn't she? Glad to see you made it home mate, and in one piece! Also good to know you have some staunch mates to help ya out. Tin up and rubber down my friend.
She sure gives you some shit huh! I saw a pic of you on route on Instagram with your rear wheel off and i felt for you mate!
All part of the story of how you made it there and back though!
Well it was my fault, I had notice, the front had a slow puncture 2 weeks before and caused by a sticker on the tube rubbing, same make was in the rear. She became hard to start too, I replaced the condenser, which seemed to fix it forgetting i had charged the battery…
